s 16 Consent of trafficked person irrelevant

In a prosecution for an offence under section 12, 13 or 14, it shall not be a defence that the trafficked person consented to the act of trafficking in persons.

Dalam sesuatu pendakwaan bagi kesalahan di bawah seksyen 12, 13 atau 14, tidaklah menjadi suatu pembelaan bahawa orang yang diperdagangkan itu merelakan perbuatan pemerdagangan orang.
