Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 17
s 17 Past sexual behaviour irrelevant
A trafficked person’s past sexual behaviour is irrelevant and inadmissible for the purpose of proving that the trafficked person was engaged in other sexual behaviour or to prove the trafficked person’s sexual predisposition.

Kelakuan seksual lampau tidak relevan
Kelakuan seksual lampau orang yang diperdagangkan adalah tidak relevan dan tidak boleh diterima bagi maksud membuktikan
bahawa orang yang diperdagangkan itu terlibat dengan kelakuan seksual lain atau untuk membuktikan kecenderungan seksual orang yang diperdagangkan itu.
