Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 20
s 20 Providing facilities in support of trafficking in persons
Any person being—
(a) the owner, occupier, lessee or person in charge of any premises, room or place, knowingly permits a meeting to be held in that premises, room or place; or
(b) the owner, lessee or person in charge of any equipment or facility that allows for recording, conferencing or meetings via technology, knowingly permits that equipment or facility to be used,
for the purpose of committing an offence under this Act, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Menyediakan kemudahan bagi membantu pemerdagangan orang
Mana-mana orang yang merupakan—
(a) pemunya, penghuni, penerima pajak atau orang yang bertanggungjawab ke atas mana-mana premis, bilik atau tempat, dengan diketahuinya membenarkan suatu mesyuarat diadakan di premis, bilik atau tempat itu; atau
(b) pemunya, penerima pajak atau orang yang bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa kelengkapan atau kemudahan yang membolehkan perakaman, persidangan atau mesyuarat melalui teknologi, dengan diketahuinya membenarkan kelengkapan atau kemudahan itu digunakan,
bagi maksud melakukan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan hendaklah, apabila disabitkan, dihukum dengan pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak melebihi sepuluh tahun, dan boleh juga didenda.
