Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 47
Where a person taken into temporary custody under subsection 44(1) is a child and the medical officer who examines him is of the opinion that his hospitalization is necessary for the purpose of medical care or treatment, an enforcement officer may authorise that person to be hospitalised.
Kebenaran untuk dimasukkan ke hospital
Jika seseorang yang diambil ke dalam jagaan sementara di bawah subseksyen 44(1) ialah seorang kanak-kanak dan pegawai perubatan yang memeriksa orang itu berpendapat bahawa kemasukannya ke hospital adalah perlu bagi maksud jagaan atau rawatan perubatan, seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa boleh membenarkan orang itu untuk dimasukkan ke hospital.
