s 48 Control over hospitalised person
Where the person taken into temporary custody under subsection 44(1) is hospitalised, the enforcement officer shall have control over, and responsibility for, the security and protection of that person.

Kawalan ke atas orang yang dimasukkan ke hospital
Jika seseorang yang diambil ke dalam jagaan sementara di bawah subseksyen 44(1) dimasukkan ke hospital, pegawai penguat kuasa hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas, dan tanggungjawab bagi keselamatan dan perlindungan orang itu.
