Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 107
A person who contravenes sections 99, 100, 101, 102 and 104 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.

Seseorang yang melanggar seksyen 99, 100, 101, 102 dan 104 melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu juta ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi sepuluh tahun atau kedua-duanya.
