s 146 Requirement of relevant stock exchange to pay portion of net income into compensation fund
(1) The Commission may, after consultation with a relevant stock exchange and with the approval of the Minister, require the relevant stock exchange to pay a portion of the net income of the relevant stock exchange in any particular financial year into the compensation fund.
(2) Where the Commission requires a relevant stock exchange to make a payment under subsection (1), the Commission shall give notice in writing to the relevant stock exchange and the relevant stock exchange shall comply with the requirement on or before the date specified in the written notice.

Bursa saham yang berkaitan dikehendaki membayar sebahagian daripada pendapatan bersih ke dalam tabung pampasan
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, selepas berunding dengan sesuatu bursa saham yang berkaitan dan dengan kelulusan Menteri, menghendaki bursa saham yang berkaitan itu membayar sebahagian daripada pendapatan bersih bursa saham yang berkaitan itu bagi mana-mana tahun kewangan tertentu ke dalam tabung pampasan.
(2) Jika Suruhanjaya menghendaki sesuatu bursa saham yang berkaitan membuat sesuatu pembayaran di bawah subseksyen (1), Suruhanjaya hendaklah memberi notis secara bertulis kepada bursa saham yang berkaitan dan bursa saham yang berkaitan itu hendaklah mematuhi kehendak pada atau sebelum tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam notis bertulis itu.
