s 17 Special report by exchange holding company about compliance with ongoing requirements
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 16, the Minister may, at any time, require a body corporate that has been approved as a stock exchange, a futures exchange or an exchange holding company, as the case may be, to prepare and submit to the Minister a special report on the extent to which the stock exchange, futures exchange or the exchange holding company, as the case may be, has complied with the requirements of the securities laws and rules.

Laporan khas oleh syarikat pemegangan bursa tentang pematuhan kehendak yang berterusan
Walau apa pun peruntukan seksyen 16, Menteri boleh, pada bila-bila masa, menghendaki suatu pertubuhan perbadanan yang telah diluluskan sebagai suatu bursa saham, suatu bursa niaga hadapan atau syarikat pemegangan bursa, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, supaya menyediakan dan menyerahkan kepada Menteri suatu laporan khas tentang setakat yang bursa saham, bursa niaga hadapan atau syarikat pemegangan bursa itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, telah mematuhi kehendak undangundang dan kaedah-kaedah sekuriti.
