Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 180
The Minister may make regulations in respect of any particular class, category or description of persons or any particular class, category or description of transactions, relating to securities, to whom or which section 175 or 176 does not apply.
Orang atau transaksi yang baginya seksyen 175 atau 176 tidak terpakai
Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan mana-mana kelas, golongan atau perihalan orang tertentu atau mana-mana kelas, kategori atau perihalan tertentu bagi transaksi, yang berhubungan dengan sekuriti, yang baginya seksyen 175 atau 176 tidak terpakai.
