s 187 Reference to “procure”

For the purposes of this Subdivision and section 201 but without limiting the meaning of the term “procure” as provided in this section, if a person incites, induces, encourages or directs an act or omission by another person, the first-mentioned person is deemed to procure the act or omission by the other person.

Bagi maksud Subpenggal ini dan seksyen 201 tetapi tanpa mengehadkan pengertian istilah “mengusahakan” sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam seksyen ini, jika seseorang menghasut, mendorong, menggalakkan atau mengarahkan suatu perbuatan atau peninggalan oleh seseorang yang lain, orang yang mula-mula disebut itu disifatkan mengusahakan perbuatan atau peninggalan oleh orang lain itu.
