s 19 Effect of withdrawal of approval of exchange holding company

Any withdrawal of an approval or issuance of a direction under section 18 shall not operate so as to prejudice sections 13 and 40 of this Act and section 5B of the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act 1991.
