s 307 Court may order a meeting of unit holders
(1) Without limiting the effect of section 314, the court may make an order for a meeting of all or any of the unit holders to be held to give directions to the trustee.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) may direct the trustee to—
(a) place before the unit holders any information concerning the interests of the unit holders;
(b) place before the unit holders any proposal to protect the interests of the unit holders that the court directs or the trustee considers appropriate; and
(c) obtain the unit holders’ directions concerning the protection of the interests of the unit holders.
(3) The meeting shall be held and be conducted in such manner as the court may direct.
(4) A trustee may appoint a person to chair the meeting and where the trustee does not exercise this power, the unit holders present at the meeting may appoint a person to chair the meeting.

Mahkamah boleh memerintahkan suatu mesyuarat pemegang unit
(1) Tanpa mengehadkan kesan seksyen 314, mahkamah boleh membuat suatu perintah supaya diadakan suatu mesyuarat bagi semua atau mana-mana pemegang unit bagi memberikan arahan kepada pemegang amanah.
(2) Suatu perintah yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh mengarahkan pemegang amanah supaya—
(a) membentangkan kepada pemegang unit apa-apa maklumat tentang kepentingan pemegang unit;
(b) membentangkan kepada pemegang unit apa-apa cadangan untuk melindungi kepentingan pemegang unit yang diarahkan oleh mahkamah atau yang dianggap sesuai oleh pemegang amanah; dan
(c) mendapatkan arahan daripada pemegang unit tentang perlindungan kepentingan pemegang unit.
(3) Mesyuarat itu hendaklah diadakan dan dijalankan mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh mahkamah.
(4) Seseorang pemegang amanah boleh melantik seseorang untuk mempengerusikan mesyuarat itu dan jika pemegang amanah tidak menjalankan kuasa ini, pemegang unit yang hadir pada mesyuarat itu boleh melantik seseorang untuk mempengerusikan mesyuarat itu.
