Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 309
(1) A register of unit holders and the index shall be kept at the registered office of a management company in Malaysia. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
Di mana daftar perlu disimpan
(1) Suatu daftar pemegang unit dan indeks hendaklah disimpan di pejabat berdaftar suatu syarikat pengurusan di Malaysia. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit.
