Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 346
The Minister may make such regulations for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Part or as may be necessary or expedient for— (a) giving full effect to the provisions of this Part; (b) carrying out or achieving the objects and purposes of this Part; or (c) the further, better or more convenient implementation of the provisions of this Part.
Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
Menteri boleh membuat apa-apa peraturan-peraturan bagi menjalankan dengan lebih baik peruntukan Bahagian ini atau sebagaimana yang perlu atau suai manfaat bagi— (a) menguatkuasakan sepenuhnya peruntukan Bahagian ini; (b) menjalankan atau mencapai objektif dan maksud Bahagian ini; atau (c) pelaksanaan selanjutnya, yang lebih baik atau lebih mudah peruntukan Bahagian ini.
