s 6 Consequences of agreements becoming futures contracts
If an agreement that was not a futures contract when it was entered into becomes a futures contract as a result of an action taken by any of the parties to the agreement at a later time—
(a) the parties to the agreement shall be deemed to have entered into a futures contract at that later time; and
(b) the agreement shall constitute the futures contract referred to in paragraph (a).

Kesan apabila perjanjian menjadi kontrak niaga hadapan
Jika sesuatu perjanjian yang bukan suatu kontrak niaga hadapan apabila ia dibuat menjadi kontrak niaga hadapan akibat sesuatu tindakan yang diambil oleh mana-mana pihak kepada perjanjian itu pada suatu masa terkemudian—
(a) pihak-pihak kepada perjanjian itu hendaklah disifatkan telah membuat kontrak niaga hadapan pada masa terkemudian itu; dan
(b) perjanjian itu hendaklah menjadi kontrak niaga hadapan
