Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 67
No holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence shall carry on any regulated activity in respect of its licence without the written consent of the Commission if it does not meet the minimum financial requirements as may be specified by the Commission or as may be provided in the rules of a stock exchange or a futures exchange.
Kehendak kewangan minimum
Tiada pemegang Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal boleh menjalankan apa-apa aktiviti terkawal berkenaan dengan lesennya tanpa persetujuan bertulis Suruhanjaya jika ia tidak memenuhi kehendak kewangan minimum sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya atau sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam kaedah-kaedah bursa saham atau bursa niaga hadapan.
