Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 89
(1) A licensed person shall not represent or imply, or knowingly permit to be represented or implied in any manner to another person that the abilities or qualifications of such licensed person have in any respect been approved by the Commission. (2) A mere representation that a person is the holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence is not a contravention of this section.
Representasi tertentu dilarang
(1) Seseorang berlesen tidak boleh membuat representasi atau memberi faham, atau dengan diketahuinya membenarkan dibuat representasi atau fahaman mengikut apa-apa cara kepada seseorang yang lain bahawa kebolehan atau kelayakan orang berlesen itu dalam apa-apa hal telah diluluskan oleh Suruhanjaya. (2) Suatu representasi semata-mata yang menyatakan bahawa seseorang itu merupakan pemegang sesuatu Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal tidaklah melanggar seksyen ini.
