s 94 Dealings by employees of holders of licences or participating organizations
(1) A holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence and an employee of such holder shall not, as principal, jointly purchase or subscribe for, or agree to purchase or subscribe for, any securities.
(2) A holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence shall not give any credit to its employee or to a person who, to the knowledge of such holder, is associated with such an employee if—
(a) the credit is given for the purpose of enabling or assisting the person to whom the credit is given to purchase or subscribe for any securities; or
(b) the person giving the credit knows or has reason to believe that the credit will be used for the purpose of purchasing or subscribing for securities.
(3) A person who is an employee of a participating organization shall not, as principal, purchase or agree to purchase any securities or rights or interests in securities unless the participating organization acts as the agent of the person in respect of the transaction.
(4) A person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.

Perniagaan oleh pekerja pemegang lesen atau organisasi peserta
(1) Seseorang pemegang Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal dan pekerja pemegang itu tidak boleh, sebagai prinsipal, bersesama membeli atau melanggan, atau bersetuju untuk membeli atau melanggan, apa-apa sekuriti.
(2) Seseorang pemegang Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal tidak boleh memberikan apa-apa kredit kepada pekerjanya atau kepada seseorang yang, mengikut pengetahuan pemegang itu, bersekutu dengan pekerja itu jika—
(a) kredit itu diberikan bagi maksud membolehkan atau membantu orang yang kepadanya kredit itu diberikan untuk membeli atau melanggan apa-apa sekuriti; atau
(b) orang yang memberikan kredit itu tahu atau mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa kredit itu akan digunakan bagi maksud membeli atau melanggan sekuriti.
(3) Seseorang yang menjadi pekerja sesuatu organisasi peserta tidak boleh, sebagai prinsipal, membeli atau bersetuju untuk membeli apa-apa sekuriti atau hak atau kepentingan dalam sekuriti melainkan jika organisasi peserta itu bertindak sebagai ejen orang itu berkenaan dengan transaksi itu.
(4) Seseorang yang melanggar seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu juta ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya.
