s 10 Grant or refusal of approval
(1) The Director General may, after considering the application for approval under subsection 8(1) or (2) and having due regard to the recommendation of the Corporation under section 9, grant the approval or refuse to grant the approval.
(2) In granting the approval to the person referred to in subsection 8(1) or (2), the Director General may impose such terms and conditions as he thinks fit.
(3) The decision of the Director General to grant or not to grant an approval shall be communicated to the person referred to in subsection 8(1) or (2) as soon as practicable.

Pemberian atau keengganan memberikan kelulusan
(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh, selepas menimbangkan permohonan untuk mendapatkan kelulusan di bawah subseksyen 8(1) atau (2) dan dengan mengambil kira dengan sewajarnya syor Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 9, memberikan kelulusan atau enggan untuk memberikan kelulusan.
(2) Dalam memberikan kelulusan kepada orang yang disebut di bawah subseksyen 8(1) atau (2), Ketua Pengarah boleh mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkannya patut.
(3) Keputusan Ketua Pengarah untuk memberikan atau tidak memberikan kelulusan hendaklah disampaikan kepada orang yang disebut di bawah subseksyen 8(1) atau (2) secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan.
