Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 9
s 9 Recommendation by the Corporation
(1) The Corporation shall within sixty days from the receipt of the application under subsection 8(3), submit a written recommendation to the Director General as to whether or not the approval should be granted to the person seeking the approval of the Director General under subsection 8(1) or (2).
(2) The written recommendation of the Corporation shall specify the reasons for its recommendation and any special conditions which that person should be subjected to if the Corporation recommends to the Director General to grant the approval.

(1) Perbadanan hendaklah dalam masa enam puluh hari dari penerimaan permohonan di bawah subseksyen 8(3), mengemukakan suatu syor bertulis kepada Ketua Pengarah tentang sama ada atau tidak kelulusan patut diberikan kepada orang yang ingin mendapatkan kelulusan Ketua Pengarah di bawah subseksyen 8(1) atau (2).
(2) Syor bertulis Perbadanan hendaklah menyatakan sebab bagi syornya dan apa-apa syarat khas yang patut dikenakan ke atas orang itu jika Perbadanan mengesyorkan kepada Ketua Pengarah supaya kelulusan diberikan.
