s 18 Recommendation by the Corporation
(1) The Corporation shall within sixty days from the receipt of an application under subsection 16(1), submit a written recommendation to the Director General as to whether or not the licence should be granted to the applicant.
(2) The written recommendation of the Corporation shall specify the reasons for its recommendation and any special conditions which the applicant should be subjected to if the Corporation recommends to the Director General to grant the licence.

Syor oleh Perbadanan
(1) Perbadanan hendaklah dalam tempoh enam puluh hari dari penerimaan suatu permohonan di bawah subseksyen 16(1), mengemukakan suatu syor bertulis kepada Ketua Pengarah tentang sama ada lesen patut diberikan kepada pemohon atau tidak.
(2) Syor bertulis Perbadanan hendaklah menyatakan sebab bagi syornya dan apa-apa syarat khas yang patut dikenakan ke atas pemohon jika Perbadanan mengesyorkan kepada Ketua Pengarah supaya lesen diberikan.
