s 20 Compliance with licence conditions
(1) A licensee shall comply with the conditions imposed by the Director General on the licence.
(2) A licensee who fails to comply with any condition of a licence commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not less than twenty-five thousand ringgit and not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both and in the case of a continuing offence, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand and five hundred ringgit for every day or a part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

Pematuhan syarat lesen
(1) Pemegang lesen hendaklah mematuhi syarat yang dikenakan oleh Ketua Pengarah ke atas lesen itu.
(2) Pemegang lesen yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana syarat suatu lesen melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak kurang daripada dua puluh lima ribu ringgit dan tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau keduaduanya dan dalam hal kesalahan yang berterusan, boleh didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu lima ratus ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau sebahagian daripada sehari kesalahan itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
