Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 29

s 29 Right of appeal to the Minister

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Director General under this Part may appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner within fourteen days from the date the decision is communicated to such person. (2) The Minister’s decision on any appeal under subsection (1) shall be final and binding.

Hak merayu kepada Menteri

(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan Ketua Pengarah di bawah Bahagian ini boleh merayu kepada Menteri mengikut cara yang ditetapkan dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh keputusan itu disampaikan kepada orang itu. (2) Keputusan Menteri atas apa-apa rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) adalah muktamad dan mengikat.
