s 33 Meaning of “interested person”

For the purpose of this Part, “interested person” means the Corporation, any licensee, owner, occupier, local authority and solid waste generator in respect of solid waste management services provided under this Act.

Pengertian “orang yang berkepentingan”

Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, “orang yang berkepentingan” ertinya Perbadanan, mana-mana pemegang lesen, pemunya, penghuni, pihak berkuasa tempatan dan penghasil sisa pepejal berkenaan dengan perkhidmatan pengurusan sisa pepejal yang disediakan di bawah Akta ini.
