A tribunal to be known as the “Tribunal for Solid Waste Management Services” shall be established for the purpose of this Act.

Suatu tribunal yang dikenali sebagai “Tribunal Perkhidmatan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal” hendaklah ditubuhkan bagi maksud Akta ini.
