Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 61
s 61 Decisions of Tribunal to be final
(1) Every agreed settlement recorded by the Tribunal under subsection 52(3) and every award made by the Tribunal under section 57—
(a) shall be final and binding on all parties to the proceedings; and
(b) shall be deemed to be an order of a Sessions Court or Magistrate’s Court, as the case may be, and be enforced accordingly by any party to the proceedings.
(2) For the purpose of paragraph (1)(b), in cases where the award made by the Tribunal has not been complied with, the Secretary to the Tribunal shall send a copy of the award made by the Tribunal to the Sessions Court or Magistrate’s Court, as the case may be, having jurisdiction in the place to which the award relates or in the place where the award was made and the Court shall cause the copy to be recorded.

Keputusan Tribunal adalah muktamad
(1) Tiap-tiap penyelesaian yang dipersetujui yang direkodkan oleh Tribunal di bawah subseksyen 52(3) dan tiap-tiap award yang dibuat oleh Tribunal di bawah seksyen 57—
(a) adalah muktamad dan mengikat semua pihak kepada prosiding itu; dan
(b) hendaklah disifatkan sebagai perintah Mahkamah Sesyen atau Mahkamah Majistret, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, dan dikuatkuasakan sewajarnya oleh mana-mana pihak kepada prosiding itu.
(2) Bagi maksud perenggan (1)(b), dalam hal jika award yang dibuat oleh Tribunal tidak dipatuhi, Setiausaha kepada Tribunal hendaklah menghantar suatu salinan award yang dibuat oleh Tribunal kepada Mahkamah Sesyen atau Mahkamah Majistret, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang mempunyai bidang kuasa di tempat yang dimaksudkan oleh award itu atau di tempat award itu dibuat dan Mahkamah hendaklah menyebabkan salinan itu direkodkan.
