Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 62
s 62 Criminal penalty for failure to comply
(1) Any person who fails to comply with an award made by the Tribunal within the period specified by the Tribunal commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine which shall be not less than five thousand ringgit and which shall not exceed ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
(2) In the case of a continuing offence, the offender shall, in addition to the penalties under subsection (1), be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

Penalti jenayah kerana kegagalan mematuhi
(1) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi suatu award yang dibuat oleh Tribunal dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan oleh Tribunal melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak kurang daripada lima ribu ringgit dan tidak lebih daripada sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
(2) Dalam hal suatu kesalahan yang berterusan, pesalah boleh, sebagai tambahan kepada penalti di bawah subseksyen (1), didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi setiap hari atau sebahagian daripada sehari selama kesalahan itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
