Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 26
(1) A licensee shall notify the Director General within fourteen days of its occurrence of any change in the person in charge of any class and speciality of the licensed pathology laboratory to which the licence relates and of the qualifications, training and experience of the new person in charge. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
Pertukaran orang yang bertanggungjawab
(1) Pemegang lesen hendaklah memberitahu Ketua Pengarah dalam masa empat belas hari apabila berlakunya apa-apa pertukaran orang yang bertanggungjawab ke atas mana-mana kelas dan kekhususan makmal patologi berlesen yang dimaksudkan oleh lesen itu dan kelayakan, latihan serta pengalaman orang yang bertanggungjawab yang baru. (2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
