Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 31
The Director General may, before suspending or revoking an approval or a licence, give the holder of the approval or the licensee a show cause notice in writing of his intention to do so and require the holder of the approval or the licensee to make a representation within twenty one days from the date the notice is received by the holder of the approval or the licensee as to why the approval or the licence should not be suspended or revoked.
Notis tunjuk sebab
Ketua Pengarah boleh, sebelum menggantung atau membatalkan suatu kelulusan atau lesen, memberikan pemegang kelulusan atau pemegang lesen itu suatu notis tunjuk sebab secara bertulis tentang niatnya untuk berbuat demikian dan menghendaki pemegang kelulusan atau pemegang lesen itu untuk membuat representasi dalam masa dua puluh satu hari dari tarikh notis itu diterima oleh pemegang kelulusan atau pemegang lesen tentang mengapa kelulusan atau lesen itu tidak patut digantung atau dibatalkan.
