Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 6

s 6 Matters to be considered before approval is granted

In deciding whether or not to grant an approval to establish or maintain a pathology laboratory, the Director General shall consider the following matters: (a) the class and speciality to be provided; (b) the extent to which the pathology laboratory is already available in an area; (c) the need for the pathology laboratory in an area; (d) the future need for the pathology laboratory in an area; or (e) any other matter which in his opinion is relevant.

Perkara yang hendaklah dipertimbangkan sebelum kelulusan diberikan

Dalam memutuskan sama ada kelulusan untuk menubuhkan atau menyenggara suatu makmal patologi diberikan atau tidak, Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menimbangkan perkara yang berikut: (a) kelas dan kekhususan yang akan disediakan; (b) takat yang makmal patologi telah tersedia dalam sesuatu kawasan; (c) keperluan bagi makmal patologi dalam sesuatu kawasan; (d) keperluan masa hadapan bagi makmal patologi dalam sesuatu kawasan; atau (e) apa-apa perkara lain yang pada pendapatnya adalah berkaitan.
