Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 73
(1) The Minister may exempt any licensed pathology laboratory from the application of any of the provisions of this Act subject to such restrictions or conditions as he may imposed. (2) An exemption under subsection (1) may be withdrawn at any time by the Minister and shall cease to have effect from the date of service of notice of such withdrawal.
Kuasa untuk mengecualikan
(1) Menteri boleh mengecualikan mana-mana makmal patologi berlesen daripada pemakaian mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini tertakluk kepada sekatan atau syarat sebagaimana yang boleh dikenakannya. (2) Sesuatu pengecualian di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh ditarik balik oleh Menteri pada bila-bila masa dan hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa dari tarikh penyampaian notis penarikan balik itu. Jadual fi
