Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 74
s 74 Fee schedule
(1) The Minister may make regulations prescribing a fee schedule for any licensed pathology laboratory.
(2) The Minister may amend the fee schedule by order published in the Gazette.
(3) A licensed pathology laboratory for which a fee schedule has been prescribed under this section shall comply with such fee schedule.
(4) A person who fails to comply with subsection (3) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) in the case of a sole proprietor—
(i) to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both; and
five hundred ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate or partnership—
(i) to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit; and
one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

(1) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan untuk menetapkan jadual fi bagi mana-mana makmal patologi berlesen.
(2) Menteri boleh meminda jadual fi itu melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta.
(3) Makmal patologi berlesen yang baginya suatu jadual fi telah ditetapkan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah mematuhi jadual fi itu.
(4) Seseorang yang gagal untuk mematuhi subseksyen (3) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) dalam hal tuan punya tunggal—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun, atau kedua-duanya; dan melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan; atau
(b) dalam hal pertubuhan perbadanan atau perkongsian—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit; dan melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
