s 75 Advertisement
(1) No licensed pathology laboratory shall publish any advertisement—
(a) in such a manner as to mislead the public on the class and speciality of the licensed pathology laboratory;
(b) which contravenes any written law regulating advertisement for medical matters or purposes; or
(c) which is contrary to any directive on advertisement issued by the Director General.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) in the case of a sole proprietor—
(i) to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both; and
five hundred ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate or partnership—
(i) to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit; and
one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

(1) Tiada makmal patologi berlesen boleh menyiarkan apa-apa iklan—
(a) mengikut apa-apa cara yang mengelirukan orang awam tentang kelas dan kekhususan makmal patologi berlesen itu;
(b) yang melanggar mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang mengawal selia pengiklanan bagi perkara atau maksud perubatan; atau
(c) yang bertentangan dengan mana-mana arahan tentang iklan yang dikeluarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) dalam hal tuan punya tunggal—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun, atau kedua-duanya; dan melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan; atau
(b) dalam hal pertubuhan perbadanan atau perkongsian—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit; dan melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
