(1) The Director General may delegate to any officer under his control, direction and supervision any of his power, duty or function under this Act, except the power under sections 52 and 67, and when so delegated such power shall be exercised by the officer under the control of and subject to such direction and restriction as may be specified by the Director General.
(2) A delegation under subsection (1) may be revoked at any time by the Director General and shall not prevent the Director General from exercising the delegated powers himself.

Pewakilan oleh Ketua Pengarah
(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh mewakilkan kepada mana-mana pegawai di bawah kawalan, arahan dan pengawasannya apa-apa kuasa, tugas atau fungsinya di bawah Akta ini, kecuali kuasa di bawah seksyen 52 dan 67, dan apabila sudah diwakilkan kuasa itu hendaklah dijalankan oleh pegawai itu di bawah kawalan dan tertakluk kepada apa-apa arahan dan sekatan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(2) Suatu perwakilan di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh dibatalkan pada bila-bila masa oleh Ketua Pengarah dan tidak menghalang Ketua Pengarah daripada menjalankan sendiri kuasa yang diwakilkan itu.
