s 79 Officers deemed to be public servants
An authorized officer appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Seseorang pegawai yang diberi kuasa yang dilantik di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
