Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 82
s 82 Social or welfare contribution
(1) The Minister may prescribe the type of social or welfare contribution or the quantum of social or welfare contribution not inconsistent with the provision of this Act that shall be provided by any licensed pathology laboratory.
(2) The Minister may, from time to time, amend the type of social or welfare contribution or the quantum of social or welfare contribution imposed under subsection (1).
(3) Any licensed pathology laboratory which fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.

Sumbangan sosial atau kebajikan
(1) Menteri boleh menetapkan jenis sumbangan sosial atau kebajikan atau kuantum sumbangan sosial atau kebajikan yang tidak selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini yang hendaklah disediakan oleh mana-mana makmal patologi berlesen.
(2) Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, meminda jenis sumbangan sosial atau kebajikan atau kuantum sumbangan social atau kebajikan yang dikenakan di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) Mana-mana makmal patologi berlesen yang gagal untuk mematuhi subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
