National Measurement System Act 2007 s 2

s 2 Application

(1) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia. (2) This Act shall not apply to the use of units of measurement in— (a) any international conventions; (b) any agreements between governments in the fields of navigation by sea, air traffic and rail transport; and (c) the armed forces.

Pemakaian

(1) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini tidak terpakai bagi penggunaan unit pengukuran dalam— (a) mana-mana konvensyen antarabangsa; (b) mana-mana perjanjian antara kerajaan-kerajaan dalam bidang pengemudian melalui laut, trafik udara dan pengangkutan landasan; dan (c) angkatan tentera.
