s 9 The National Measurement Standards Laboratory

(1) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette appoint a laboratory to be the National Measurement Standards Laboratory. (2) The National Measurement Standards Laboratory shall be responsible for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Makmal Standard Pengukuran Kebangsaan

(1) Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta menetapkan suatu makmal sebagai Makmal Standard Pengukuran Kebangsaan. (2) Makmal Standard Pengukuran Kebangsaan hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
