s 11 Application of Part III

(1) This Part shall apply to release activities and import activities involving living modified organisms. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), this Part shall not apply to the importation of living modified organisms intended for purposes of undertaking a contained use activity.

Pemakaian Bahagian III

(1) Bahagian ini hendaklah terpakai bagi aktiviti pelepasan dan aktiviti import yang melibatkan organisma diubah suai yang hidup. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), Bahagian ini tidak terpakai bagi pengimportan organisma diubah suai yang hidup yang diniatkan bagi maksud menjalankan suatu aktiviti kegunaan terkawal.
