Biosafety Act 2007 s 20

s 20 Appeal to Minister relating to approval

(1) Any person or approved person aggrieved with any decision or action of the Board under section 16, 18 or 19 may appeal against such decision to the Minister. (2) The Minister shall have the power to confirm, reverse or vary the decision or action of the Board.

Rayuan kepada Menteri yang berhubungan dengan kelulusan

(1) Mana-mana orang atau orang yang diluluskan yang terkilan dengan mana-mana keputusan atau tindakan Lembaga di bawah seksyen 16, 18 atau 19 boleh merayu terhadap keputusan itu kepada Menteri. (2) Menteri hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk mengesahkan, mengakaskan atau mengubah keputusan atau tindakan Lembaga.
