s 27 Director General may require additional information
(1) At any time after receiving the notification made under subsection 23(1) and section 24, the Director General may require the approved person to provide additional information, particulars or documents.
(2) Where any approved person fails to provide the information, particulars or documents required under subsection (1), the acknowledgement issued to him or it under section 25 shall be deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice to the submission of a fresh notification.

Ketua Pengarah boleh menghendaki maklumat tambahan
(1) Pada bila-bila masa selepas menerima pemberitahuan yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 23(1) dan seksyen 24, Ketua Pengarah boleh menghendaki orang yang diluluskan itu supaya memberikan maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen tambahan.
(2) Jika mana-mana orang yang diluluskan gagal untuk memberikan maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (1), pengakuterimaan yang dikeluarkan kepadanya atau kepada pertubuhan perbadanan itu di bawah seksyen 25 hendaklah disifatkan telah ditarik balik tanpa menjejaskan suatu permohonan baru dikemukakan.
