s 28 Director General to refer notification to Advisory Committee and relevant agency

Upon having been duly acknowledged a notification in accordance with section 25, the Director General shall refer such notification to the Advisory Committee and any relevant Government agency on specific matters.

Ketua Pengarah hendaklah merujuk pemberitahuan kepada Jawatankuasa Penasihat dan agensi yang berkaitan

Apabila suatu pemberitahuan diaku terima dengan sewajarnya mengikut seksyen 25, Ketua Pengarah hendaklah merujuk pemberitahuan itu kepada Jawatankuasa Penasihat dan mana-mana agensi Kerajaan yang berkaitan tentang perkara khusus.
