s 29 Advisory Committee to make recommendations on notification
(1) Upon receiving the notification under section 28, the Advisory Committee shall assess such notification for the purpose of making recommendations to the Board on whether or not the activity relating to the notification should continue, and the terms and conditions to be imposed by the Board, if any.
(2) At any time after receiving such notification, the Advisory Committee may request for additional information, particulars or documents through the Director General.
(3) Where any approved person fails to provide the information, particulars or documents required under subsection (2), the acknowledgement issued to him or it under section 25 shall be deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice to the submission of a fresh notification.
(4) Upon making an assessment on the notification, the Advisory Committee shall forward its recommendations on the notification to the Board.

Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah membuat syor tentang pemberitahuan
(1) Apabila menerima pemberitahuan di bawah seksyen 28, Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah menilai pemberitahuan itu bagi maksud membuat syor kepada Lembaga tentang sama ada atau tidak aktiviti yang berhubungan dengan pemberitahuan itu patut diteruskan, dan terma dan syarat yang hendaklah dikenakan oleh Lembaga, jika ada.
(2) Pada bila-bila masa selepas menerima pemberitahuan itu, Jawatankuasa Penasihat boleh meminta maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen tambahan melalui Ketua Pengarah.
(3) Jika mana-mana orang yang diluluskan gagal untuk memberikan maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (2), pengakuterimaan yang dikeluarkan kepadanya atau pertubuhan perbadanan di bawah seksyen 25 hendaklah disifatkan telah ditarik balik tanpa menjejaskan pemberitahuan yang baru dikemukakan.
(4) Apabila membuat suatu penilaian terhadap pemberitahuan itu, Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah mengemukakan syornya tentang pemberitahuan itu kepada Lembaga.
