Biosafety Act 2007 s 48
Any person who assaults, impedes, obstructs or interferes with, or refuses access to any premises to, an enforcement officer in the performance of his duties under this Act commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
Halangan terhadap pegawai penguat kuasa
Mana-mana orang yang mengamang, menghalang, merintangi atau mengganggu, atau enggan memberi akses kepada mana-mana premis kepada, seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di bawah Akta ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau keduaduanya.
