Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 s 103

s 103 Jurisdiction of Court of First Class Magistrate

Notwithstanding anything contained in any written law to the contrary, a Court of a First Class Magistrate shall have the jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act and to award the full punishment for any such offence.

Bidang kuasa Mahkamah Majistret Kelas Pertama

Walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam mana-mana undangundang bertulis yang berlawanan, Mahkamah Majistret Kelas Pertama hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturanperaturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini dan untuk menjatuhkan hukuman penuh bagi apa-apa kesalahan itu.
