The powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties that before the appointed day were those of the Lembaga shall devolve as from that day on the Agency.

Kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebelum hari ditetapkan merupakan kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan Lembaga hendaklah dari hari itu turun kepada Agensi.
