Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 s 117
(1) All lands that before the appointed day were vested in, or reserved under any written law relating to land for the purposes of the Lembaga shall on that day vest in or be deemed to be reserved for the purposes of the Agency. (2) All property and assets other than land that before the appointed day were vested in the Lembaga or in any person on behalf of the Lembaga, as the case may be, shall on that day vest in the Agency.
Pemindahmilikan harta
(1) Semua tanah yang sebelum hari ditetapkan terletak hak pada, atau dirizabkan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berhubungan dengan tanah bagi maksud Lembaga hendaklah pada hari itu terletak hak pada atau disifatkan sebagai dirizabkan bagi maksud Agensi. (2) Semua harta dan aset selain tanah yang sebelum hari ditetapkan terletak hak pada Lembaga atau pada mana-mana orang bagi pihak Lembaga, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, hendaklah pada hari itu terletak hak pada Agensi.
