Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 s 126
(1) Notwithstanding sections 115 and 125, the Agency may continue to use the name “Lembaga Akreditasi Negara” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Agency deems fit. (2) No other person may use the name “Lembaga Akreditasi Negara” except with the prior written approval of the Agency. (3) A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
Penerusan penggunaan nama
(1) Walau apa pun seksyen 115 dan 125, Agensi boleh terus menggunakan nama “Lembaga Akreditasi Negara” bagi maksud mengekalkan nama baik atau bagi apa-apa maksud yang disifatkan patut oleh Agensi. (2) Tiada orang lain boleh menggunakan nama “Lembaga Akreditasi Negara” kecuali dengan kelulusan bertulis terlebih dahulu Agensi. (3) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (2) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit.
