s 62 Registering programmes or qualifications
(1) A self-accrediting higher education provider may apply to the Agency for the registration of any programme or qualification in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Agency, upon receiving an application under subsection (1), may conduct an institutional audit and may register in the Register the programme or qualification.
(3) The Agency, in registering a programme or qualification, may impose such conditions as it may deem necessary or expedient and may vary, amend or revoke any such conditions or impose new or additional conditions from time to time.
(4) Upon registering the programme or qualification in the Register, the Agency shall issue a certificate of accreditation upon payment of the prescribed fees.

Mendaftarkan program atau kelayakan
(1) Pemberi pendidikan tinggi swaakreditasi boleh memohon kepada Agensi bagi pendaftaran apa-apa program atau kelayakan mengikut apa-apa bentuk dan cara yang ditetapkan.
(2) Agensi, apabila menerima permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1), boleh menjalankan audit institusi dan boleh mendaftarkan dalam Daftar program atau kelayakan itu.
(3) Agensi, apabila mendaftarkan sesuatu program atau kelayakan, boleh mengenakan apa-apa syarat yang disifatkannya perlu atau suai manfaat dan boleh mengubah, meminda atau membatalkan mana-mana syarat itu atau mengenakan syarat baharu atau tambahan dari semasa ke semasa.
(4) Apabila program atau kelayakan itu didaftarkan dalam Daftar, Agensi hendaklah mengeluarkan perakuan akreditasi selepas dibayar fi yang ditetapkan.
