s 23 Power of Registrar to call for additional document or information
(1) The Registrar may, in relation to any application made under section 22, call for such additional document or information to be supplied by the applicant within the period to be specified by the Registrar.
(2) Where a person making an application fails to supply the additional document or information called for within the specified period or such other period as may be extended by the Registrar, the application is deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice, however to a fresh application being made.

Kuasa Pendaftar untuk meminta dokumen atau maklumat tambahan
(1) Pendaftar boleh, berhubung dengan mana-mana permohonan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 22, meminta supaya diberikan oleh pemohon apa-apa dokumen atau maklumat tambahan dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan oleh Pendaftar.
(2) Jika seseorang yang membuat permohonan gagal untuk memberikan dokumen atau maklumat tambahan yang diminta dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan atau apa-apa tempoh lain sebagaimana yang dilanjutkan oleh Pendaftar, permohonan itu disifatkan telah ditarik balik tetapi tanpa menjejaskan suatu permohonan baru dibuat.
